Phoebe Ministries' four nursing and rehabilitation centers provide long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, respite care (depending on bed availability) and hospice care. Some locations offer special care units that serve persons with Alzheimer's and other health conditions that cause memory impairment. Two communities provide a continuum of care that includes assisted living.
