At Phoebe communities, our clinical practices are guided by research-based protocols along with personal goals for residents. Our nursing staff is well trained and Phoebe's low turnover provides a consistent presence to meet resident health and social needs.

Our technology provides direct access to local hospital information systems directly from nursing floors in our communities. Providers can use our nursing station computers if they have been granted access to hospital systems.

Significant portions of our medical records are electronic including; daily assessments, activities of daily living, vital signs, rehabilitation treatment records, and restorative nursing documentation. The information is collected real-time at the point of service and is available to physicians for residents in both our assisted living and skilled nursing communities.

Phoebe Services Pharmacy is available for many of our facilities.

Some facilities are members of a secure, interactive service linking Phoebe's clinical professionals to information from an in-patient stay-so that arrangements can be made to care for the individual upon their arrival. This service makes transfers swifter and more satisfying. Learn more.
