Lisa B. Fichera was appointed Executive Vice President, Administration and Health Care Services for Phoebe-Devitt Homes in July, 2008.

In this position she is responsible for the overall supervision of health care services, service partner contracts, and the administration of the human resources programs serving Phoebe-Devitt including recruitment, employee/labor relations, wage and benefits administration, and risk management.

In addition, she serves as a committee member of the Phoebe Reciprocal Risk Retention Group and Chair of the Personnel Committee, Lehigh County Conference of Churches.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and was recognized by the Council for Health and Human Service Ministries of the United Church of Christ as a Diakonal minister. Prior to this appointment she served as Senior Vice President, Administration.

In her previous role as Executive Director of Financial Operations she was responsible for the finance and accounting functions for the organization. Prior to joining Phoebe, Rossi was Director, Senior Life Services Finance for Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, where she performed financial reporting and review for 30 non-profit skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living facilities at 11 campuses in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

A resident of Harrisburg, Rossi graduated from Shippensburg University.

He received his Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Franklin and Marshall in 1967, Master of Theology from Union Theological Seminary in 1971, and Doctor of Ministry from New York Theological Seminary in 1986.
