As the result of a sixth month study by Phoebe's new Faith in Action Team, the Governing Board of Phoebe Ministries approved new mission, vision and value statements for the organization. These changes are meant to demonstrate that it is the faith in action in our staff's working relationships and in the compassionate resident-focused care that continues to be the core of the "Phoebe difference.
